After years in environmental and disaster recovery work, our founder, Ryan Waddell, saw how often property owners were left overwhelmed, uncertain, and unsure who to trust.
When the 2024 Rogers tornadoes struck, that experience became Bluecord, a company built on honest evidence, clear guidance, and helping people move forward with confidence.

RYAN WADDELL
President & Lead Indoor Environmental Professional
Ryan Waddell is the President and lead Indoor Environmental Professional (IEP) of Bluecord Environmental Solutions. A disabled U.S. Army Infantry combat veteran, Ryan served during Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom from 2005 to 2009.
After entering the environmental and disaster recovery industry following Hurricane Harvey, Ryan saw firsthand the need for greater transparency and independence in the remediation process. Following the 2024 Rogers tornadoes, he founded Bluecord with a mission rooted in integrity, servant leadership, and Kingdom-minded values.
Guided by Romans 8:28, Ryan is committed to helping people navigate difficult property situations with honest answers, defensible documentation, and clear guidance.
JESSICA JOBST
Operations Manager
Jessica Jobst serves as Operations Manager for Bluecord Environmental Solutions. A lifelong Northwest Arkansas native, she witnessed firsthand the impact of the 2024 Rogers tornadoes on the community she calls home—an experience that inspired her to become part of the recovery effort.
Today, Jessica oversees Bluecord’s day-to-day operations, helping ensure every client receives a professional, transparent, and compassionate experience. She is passionate about helping families and businesses navigate difficult property situations with clarity, respect, and peace of mind.

Our name comes from the blue cord worn by U.S. Army infantry soldiers, a symbol rooted in our founder Ryan Waddell’s military service.
